How do I determine the correct size for my Jiu Jitsu Gi?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on each product page. Generally, our sizes range from A0 to A5. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up as some natural cotton shrinkage may occur after the first few washes.
What is your return policy for performance apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, protective gear and undergarments cannot be returned once opened.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your training gear ready for a specific competition or seminar.

How should I care for my training gear to ensure longevity?
To preserve the integrity of the fabric and patches, always wash your Gi and rash guards in cold water and hang dry. Avoid using bleach or high-heat dryers, as this can damage the technical fibers and cause excessive shrinkage.
